Raffinato Designs ("we," "us," or "our") is a web design business that provides website design, development, hosting, and related services to small businesses. References to "you" or "your" mean the person or business accessing the Site.

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.
The Site describes our service packages and pricing. Information on the Site is for general reference and is subject to change without notice. Any services we actually provide to you will be governed by a separate written Service Agreement that we will provide for you to review and sign before work begins. That Service Agreement will control the specific terms of our engagement, including scope, deliverables, payment, and ownership.
All content on the Site, including the Raffinato Designs name and logo, text, graphics, layouts, design, code, demo project sites, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission. Limited personal viewing and reasonable sharing of links to the Site is permitted.
Demo project sites shown in our portfolio are concept builds owned by Raffinato Designs and do not represent active client engagements unless explicitly stated.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, or social media platforms). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.
The Site and any information, content, or features on it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or always available, or that any defects will be corrected.
Information shown on the Site, including pricing and package details, may change. Any quotes or commitments require confirmation in writing through a signed Service Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Raffinato Designs, its founders, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raffinato Designs and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Site.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Raffinato Designs is principally based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Service Agreement we enter into with you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Raffinato Designs regarding your use of the Site. They supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
